Website Accessibility Statement

We strive to reach conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), provide a shared standard for web content accessibility that meets the needs of individuals, organisations, and governments internationally.

Accessibility is not a one-time effort. We continuously review and improve our website to ensure we meet and maintain these standards as our content and technology evolve.

We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. While we strive to adhere to the accessibility standards outlined, it may not always be possible to do so in all areas of the website. We are continually seeking solutions that will bring all areas of our site up to the same level of overall accessibility.

Our accessibility efforts include, but are not limited to:

• Regular testing with automated accessibility tools
• Manual testing with keyboard-only navigation
• Testing with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA)
• Ongoing development team training on accessibility best practices
• Reviewing and updating content for readability and clarity

Despite our best efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

• Some older product images may have limited alt text descriptions — we are progressively updating these.
• Third-party embedded content (such as payment gateways) may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
• Some PDF documents may not be fully accessible — we are working to provide accessible alternatives.

We are actively working to resolve these issues and will update this statement as improvements are made.
